Apparently neither of your subjects actually get WET in the rain!!I found out just last week that how one "draws a person in the rain" often says a lot about how one handles adversity.I hope you really do evade it!
I prefer the simplicity and lack of 'digital effects' on the second one, the woman standing in the rain. Part of what appeals to me about it is the contrast of her colour with the background. And I also really enjoy the stance she's taken. Very cocky, haughty, 'Rain won't touch me!'My RAIN attempt is at 2006-06-23 Illustration Friday -- Rain.Blue skiesloveRoy
Hiya Jean...So where do we get to see images from your tarot deck? I'd love to see what sort of stuff you've done. I'm a bit of a tarot purist, having grown up with the Ryder Waite deck. But hey. Maybe it's time to expand the horizons.Would you consider trading a hand-printed poetry table cloth for a deck? My table-cloths sell for around US$50, and they contain poems by prominent South African poets. Probably best if we take this to email. I'm on email@example.comBlue skiesloveRoy
